Initial Consultation & Report - £275.00

Angie Kraft will visit your property and assess each room and the surrounding gardens. This will lead to a detailed written report listing any changes that are needed and any suggested purchases that will help your property appeal to the widest audience and to sell faster.

Project Management - £60.00/hour

HomeStyle can manage the entire Staging process, from arranging tradesmen to purchasing curtains and accessories, through to dressing each room for those vendors who are abroad or simply too short of time to manage the process themselves.

Project Assistance - £60.00/hour

As much help as the vendor requires on an hourly basis for help with product choices, all the way to planting containers at the front door.

Final Touches - £75.00

A return visit from Angie Kraft to ensure that the process is complete and to add any final touches for that all important ‘wow’ factor.
